Yesterday information was given to your student about our CRCT Challenge from Dr. Griffeth and Dr. Taylor. Students have their log-in information on the front side where there is a picture of a fox in color.
The purpose of this is to familiarize students with the format of the CRCT and what to expect so that they won't have the test anxiety that sometimes comes with the test.
The challenge is for students to complete at least 20 tests with 75% accuracy on each. You'll see that there is a sheet for parents to initial when this occurs. Students may take a test more than one time to improve their scores.
This is such a wonderful opportunity for students and parents to understand the CRCT. Take advantage of it. I'm hoping that our class will have a high percentage of students who will commit to it. I've even offered an extra checkbook bonus (be sure to ask your student about it!)
Dr. Griffeth has promised a celebration for those who meet the criteria. So.....c'mon! Let's do it!
